Invoicing to multiple emails

Does anyone know how to get Quickfile to send recurring invoices to multiple email addresses please? I have scenarios where monthly invoices need to be sent to more than one email address.

Hi @timbrooksbank,

When you create the invoice you should be able to select who the invoice is sent to, if you are setting up a recurring invoice then the people you select will receive these.

Thanks for the fast reply. I appreciate I can create a contact and add an email address, but I can’t find a way to simultaneously send the same recurring invoice to two people at that contact. The contact record will not accept a second email address and it isn’t possible to add two contact persons to the same customer record.

The scenario is where a customer needs to receive their invoice and they also require that it be sent directly to the person who processes their accounts.

To add multiple contacts to a client:

Find the client you want to add to (Sales >> View Clients)

Once you have the client open you can then add additional contacts:
