Ipad app not connecting to account error

Ipad app will process receipts ok but if I click on “account” get a " could not load account details " error

Please would you try closing the app completely and logging back in? I haven’t got an iOS device to hand right now to check this further but we can have a look on Monday.

Have done that. No change

I’ve referred this to an engineer for now, maybe they can glean some more information from the logs.

Was there anything in particular you wanted to do in the account settings area, I believe it just shows the company name and address?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this one. Any iOS related issues are quite complex to debug.

We have however now located and fixed the root cause.
