iPhone Receipts not Importing

I have just realised that I have several receipts captured over the last month (inc everything since Sept 22) that don’t seem to be getting through to the Receipts Hub. They are all stuck in Pending on my iPhone. Any clues?

I’ve just checked the system and I can see other iPhone receipts coming in fine. Sometimes if the connection is interrupted midway through being sent it can end up in limbo.

The best thing to do then is go to the receipt in the app and look for a small envelope icon, you can then email it directly to receipts@quickfile.co.uk. Just check you’ve configured your sender email on your QF account first so it links up.
