Hi. I would like to send some letters out to customers and noticed that ‘delivery costs’ for sending via Snailmail still states it will cost £0.54p per item. Given that Royal Mail postage costs have risen above this figure, will letters actually be delivered for this amount? Perhaps the costs have increased and only the £0.54p statement is incorrect/needs updating. I would be grateful if you could advise if the service is still operational. Thank you.

Yes it is, although not used much these days most people email now.

We use UKMail for distribution which are a little cheaper, but yes we will deliver for the prices stated.
