Issue with multiple entries

I am wondering if there is a bug…

I have just imported my bank statement and despite clicking on ‘do not import’ for certain transactions - I have multiple entries for some (upto 3 entries for some).

I do not have the time to go through this line by line to resolve what I believe to be a systems issue. Can you tech guys help?

Did you import these transactions from the a file you downloaded from HSBC or using the Chrome bank feed extension?
