Can you help here, it’s confusing because no transactions predate the date it shows. Or is this date in american format? (so it’s showing MMDDYYYY)

The lock date is dd/mm/yyyy.
One thing that may be throwing is off a little bit here is the gap at the top - there are 3 lines for the headers. Are you able to remove at least lines 1, 2 and 3 please and try that?
Can I also just double check the actual contents of the .csv file itself rather than the Excel view please? Although Excel is showing this as 06/04/2018 for example, the CSV file may be saving it as something different.
If you try to open the file using Notepad or similar, you should be able to see what we see.
My mistake, I edited the wrong file. Thanks for your clarification.
