Issues accessing our quickfile system

Is there a problem with the quickfile production server? I’m trying to log in and just get a time-out error, I also tried https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime to see if it was just me and the login page isn’t reachable from any location worldwide.

I have just tried to access our quickfile system and the site does not load, tried on different browsers and machines, we do not even get as far as login page, i have submitted request on contact us form

Please accept our apologies for this. There does seem to be an issue with an external provider which is affecting access at the moment.

Thanks for this , its strange as the app has allowed me to sign in and access information , just gets stuck when trying to download/print invoices

Just seen the status update - seems like there are plenty of lingering issues. For example, very slow page load times, unable to set up new clients, integration with Companies House not working, to mention a few.

I have today opened Quickfile only to find that the main horizontal menu is suddenly missing. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it?

It is more than likely there is some security software blocking it from loading.

I would reccomend testing the below

  • Try an alternate browser
  • Try incognito mode (ctrl +shift +n)
  • Try an alternate computer
  • Try your mobile phone browser (test with WIFI and mobile data)

Edit (your account loads correctly on my end)

I have tried all of those on three separate computers. Ironically only a mobile web browser works! It doesn’t seem to work at all on any PC’s.

Also I’ve noticed some of the fonts have changed and the left hand customisable menu keeps opening on its own at start up. There definitely seems to be a bug that needs fixing!

Hi Guys, myself and my web developer both use QF for separate businesses, are you aware that there seems to be a problem this evening whereby we can’t access / view the horizontal nav menu (it has gone), so no access to reporting, banking etc.. Quick Links down the right hand side are still available.

Basically we have lost the entire top options bar and also QF is running really slow in multiple locations

I am trying to print invoices but it fails everytime on different hardware (phone / app, laptop etc..) It will not load a PDF version of the invoice or generate a copy to print. I recive the following message

This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in cdn.quickfile.co.uk.

If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Is anyone else having the same problem, can you suggest a fix? Thank you.

This is related to the issues reported above. We’re continuing to monitor this but is unfortunately due to an issue with an external provider.

FYI, the creating a new client is dog slow to load and printing an invoice isn’t working.
