I am having ongoing issues when trying to post journals on quickfile. it is coming up with a pink error at the top saying I cannot save the journal - something to do with administrator mode?
I had had this issue a couple of times now after inputting large journals to then have to play around, do it again and finally it save.
Can someone advise as to where I am going wrong? I am logging in through our affinity dashboard so I am the administrator at that point.
I’m not entirely sure what that error would mean but I’m happy to look into this for you. There shouldn’t be any restrictions posting journals unless they are explicitly set by the main account holder.

Not sure on the administrator part however an area does show as pink if details are omitted i.e. description.
I am having the same problem I cant post a journal says errors are highlighted in Pink …there is nothing pink on my screen ???

hi I ve actually lost the screen now so ill have another go and if I have the same problem I will get back to you …I WAS trying to post an opening balance journal .
