Items in Dropbox not showing in Receipt Hub

Hi,
We’ve integrated with Dropbox and almost everything went absolutely fine - most receipts went straight into Receipts Hub.

However it looks like 5 invoices have got stuck there. Not sure why and I am wondering if there is a bug or there is something we need doing but we haven’t done?

Are you able to give an example of the one of the file names of the ‘stuck’ files please? I’m wondering if it’s a formatting issue as this has appeared before

It can happen if there are already untagged entries in your Receipt Hub with the exact same file names.

Just try appending something to the end of the file in the Dropbox folder, see what happens.

It looks like the name was a duplicate of the ones already imported, waiting to clear.

Changed the name slightly (added a “1” to each one in Dropbox) and everything cleared like magic.
