I have just set up a new ‘Landlord’ account. I have several properties, and I need to be able to produce a report over a variable time period (monthly, quarterly, annually etc) which lists all Income & Expenditure in respect of a particular property / project tag. I can see the option to show P&L Statements for Projects, however 1) these show invoices generated rather than payments actually received, and 2) this P&L Report only displays totals of the Nominal expenditure codes, I can’t find a way to view a breakdown relating to these for a given period & property.
Is there any way to achieve this? I had expected that as a ‘Landlord Account’ option had been included, that basic Landlord reporting would be available.
I have had a word with the development team about this for you and they said a cash based version of the project Profit and Loss report is currently in development and will be released soon.
Many thanks for the update, that is good news. I did see that a cash based P&L report is available for Affinity & Power users so that may work for me in the meantime, but only if I’m able to select specific Project Tags to be included; do you know if that is possible?
Ah I see, thank you. If there could be included that option to show a breakdown of expenditure on the new P&L report rather than just totals, that would be just brilliant (and for me, essential tbh).
