Letter attachment of existing invoice excludes our and clients names and addresses

Created a new letter with an attachment of an existing invoice, selected from the generated list.
Letter printed perfectly, but the attached invoice had dropped both our and the clients name and address. Also dropped text below senders address.
Everything else was present including logo.
Help please.

I’ve referred this to an engineer and will report back when I have more information.

Update: It’s a slightly more complex problem than we originally anticipated. We’ve replicated the precise problem although it doesn’t look like the fix will be rolled out until Monday. Apologies!
