When I click on send invoice by email, the link to copy and paste into the message section is no longer appearing. My clients are now unable to view the invoice.

Are you sending the invoices by email directly from QuickFile? If so, there shouldn’t be a need to copy and paste any links.
The template (viewable by going to Account Settings >> Routine Emails >> New invoice raised) should include a token @DirectInvoiceLink@
which is replaced by a link when you send the email.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I managed to find a previous thread already explaining that once i made this one sorry.
I too have been deleting that and copying and pasting in the obvious link that no longer appears unaware it did it automatically.
