Link to gocardless being faulty

I’ve now had 3 clients and tested myself 3 times on different browsers the certification link not loading correctly.

The link I’m referring to is found at:
Setup a direct debit with this client
** Show me the link and I will email the client **

This link will load a page and it will not always load. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.

if you could help, that’ll be great.

The emailing link seems to be working reliably.

I’ve just tried a few links on my end and they all seem to be working fine, so that’s a bit odd.

At what stage does the error appear? The link will first take you to a QuickFile page (this page is blank), and the redirect you to a GoCardless page. You can see this change in the address bar as it will change from your QuickFile link to a GoCardless link.

It goes to the links, but ends up showing a pretty blank page.

So your address bar still shows ‘your-company.quickfile.co.uk’?

I can’t recreate it right now. I’ll have to come back later and screenshot it.
