Listed as small but required to pay subscription for a large or XL?

I understand the need to charge, especially to major users. My profile is listed as small so according to your pricing pace it should continue as free. However I can’t access my data unless I pay the subscription for a L or XL account.

While we’re looking into this, can you clarify where you’re seeing your account classified as a small please?

This company is listed as “Large”, with 1,066 nominal entries (in the last 12 months). There was a defer option there when you log in, I have activated this for you so you will be able to get into the account for the next 2 weeks.

Admittedly your account is borderline at 1,066 so you may be able to delete some unneeded entries to get you down to Medium, you won’t need a subscription then after the deferment period ends.
