Lloyds bank feed problem

Good morning Glenn,
I am receiving an error message when trying to import my bank statements from Lloyds.
It comes up with the following error:
The Quickfile feed could not find account ‘xxxxxxxxx’.
Have you any ideas how I can rectify this please?

Before you’ve logged in, if you pop open the QuickFile panel settings.

Is the account number here exactly matching your account number with Lloyds? Make sure to include in leading zeros if applicable.

I just ran a quick test on our Lloyds account and it worked fine.
