Lloyds Bank Import (Chrome Extension) - runs but no sync data

My Chrome bank feed extension works fine into my Lloyds account and the export process gets flagged up as successful. I get a notification in QF that there is a file to sync “return in a few minutes” but after a few minutes the notification disappears and nothing is imported. The event log shows nothing!

Looking at the export that’s coming from Lloyds the file is empty. Can you please try again and to ensure that there are definitely transactions between your specified dates? If in doubt try downloading the QIF file from Lloyds, as this is what gets sent over to QuickFile. At the moment Lloyds is sending an empty QIF file to us.
