Lloyds Chrome Feed

Hi,

Using Chrome Extension for bank feed.

In Lloyds online banking, once I click upload to Quickfile the notification appears in Quickfile “There is 1 bank feed we have just received that is being processed.Please check back in 5-10 minutes and they should be ready to import into your QuickFile account.”

But after a few minutes the notification is not there!!

Has it worked with your account previously, or is this the first time you’ve tried using it?

This is the first time I’ve tried using this with this new company. I have successfully used it for another company before.

In the extension settings, did you change the QuickFile account number and import key before using it? I just want to rule out firstly that the data didn’t go to the wrong account

It just worked. (i didn’t change anything)

I’ve been trying all morning but now it has worked??!!!
