hi - i have had a few loans since using Quick File - where can i see a report/breakdown of them? they have been added as ‘input purchase’ but tagged as a loan in the categories

In your main Dashboard select “Reports” and then “Chart of Accounts”:
Go to “Assets and Liabilities” portion of the chart, find Nominal Account 2300 “Loans”, and click on magnifying glass icon to see detailed breakdown:
