I’ve just changed my computer and am having problems accessing my account. I’ve done a password reset and have definitely used the right email, but when I get in on the new machine I’m seeing a strange version from several years ago with one of my clients showing as my business address (!) and with no access to the usual files. Can anyone suggest any fixes please?
This sounds like one of two things, either
- You’re signing in to the wrong
https://SOMETHING.quickfile.co.uk
- maybe you created a separate QuickFile account in the past for a different company and you’re mistakenly trying to log in to that one instead of your current one, or - You’ve accidentally created a client login for your QuickFile using the same email address that you use for your admin login, so you’re now seeing the client control panel instead of the administrator one.
If the former you need to log in to the correct URL, if the latter then that’s something @QFSupport will need to help you fix.
