Hi, Hope someone can help when I get the email showing my accounts, it says I am an administrator but when I log on I cant add users. I have seen similar problems on other posts and the resolution was some intervention from quick file.

In every case I’ve encountered like this the user logging in does not have the admin privilege. There’s always a second user on the account with those privileges, often the admin privilege was handed over accidentally when the user was created.

Thanks for the reply Glenn. You are probably right it would have been an ex employee who might have changed it. Need help to change it back.
