Log in problem on different computer

When I input my email into a different computer, having forgotten my password, I get a message saying no
accounts are registered to this email address when I hit the forgotten password button. On my main computer my account is still active and I login automatically because my password was saved in the login box.

I can see a log in failure under your email address, but it’s not on your company’s account. Can you check the web address you’re using please and try again?
