Log in Problems


I have just created a new account member, someone that is doing a little accountancy work form me, I added her as a new staff member and checked the button to create a password automatically.

while I was there I changed my email address to my new email, it said that the new log in email had been changed to gary@vision-security.co.uk but I cant seem to log in and the option to reset it say no accounts held on the system, I am very worried now

You had a typo in your email when you changed it. I’ve responded to your other support request.
