Hi
I have recently created an account, but on trying to access it now to create an invoice I am unable to see any functions after logging in.
I can only see ‘Account Overview’ and ‘Statement’ in the ribbon. Under Accounts Overview I can see Accounts Control Panel and then Unpaid Invoices, Paid Invoices and Estimates. All of which are empty as I haven’t created anything yet.
I have set up Clients and items for invoices previously, but I now
cannot see these or how to create an invoice!
I have also downloaded the App but am unable to even log in with my credentials…
Please can you advise if I am doing something wrong?!

It sounds a bit that you have logged in to the client dashboard, which are for your clients to see/pay invoices, to see estimates and statements.
Maybe… but I cannot find a way to log in to my actual account… I only have the one set of log in details. I have tried the re-send the link to my email address, option and it takes me to the same page. My details aren’t even recognised when I try on the App. I can’t see any other ‘resest’ options.
I’m stuck!!

The issue is due to you setting up a client with the same email address as the one you used to create your quickfile account.
I have managed to locate your account and have amended the client email address for you as you use a gmail account i have just added “+test” before @gmail.com to the clients contact which makes it unique but would still send anything to your same email.
Please try logging in again and let us know if you are still having problems.
