I have been unable to mark invoices as paid since 25th November, can you help?
+1 me too… I can add from bank but not using the little chip icon for credits etc
Are these sales invoices or purchase invoices? Are these items being marked as paid from the main list? Are you bulk updating a number of invoices or just one at a time? Do you see any error messages?
We will certainly look into this, but any additional info in the mean time would be very helpful.
EDIT:
So far I see in both cases you are using Internet Explorer version 11 and I think this may be related. I have escalated this to our development team for review. It shouldn’t take long but any info in the mean time would be very useful to us.
EDIT 2:
We’ve now identified a specific issue here only affecting IE 11 users. Our development team are working on a fix.
EDIT 3:
This has now been fixed. You should now be able to log payments using Internet Explorer 11.
I will leave the thread open for 3 days should you experience any further problems.
