Login Problem - I can only access client dashboard

Hi, I’ve recently set up quickfile and was able to log in without a problem. However, since adding client information, when I log in, I am now taken to the client area dashboard and can not access my accounts. Any help would be appreciated. Ruth

It is very likely that you used your email address, you use to login to your account, also for the clients account. Quickfile support has to sort this out for you.
You can use your email address only for one account within quickfile.
If you also want to login in clients accounts you will have to use a separate email address. Most email provider allow alias email addresses.
