How can you change an administrator that has been done by mistake ?
That person needs to log in and change the administrator back to the correct person.
thank you for the answer… but if that person no longer exist ? (mean the email is not valid anymore?)
If the email is no longer valid the login will still work on Quickfile, if you know their details or if they can access Quickfile they can still log in.
If they are not able to log in though @QFSupport will have to run through some security questions with you.
