Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Authentication is required for relay

Hi, i’ve started receiving the following error and my emails aren’t going out from QF.

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Authentication is required for relay

then i get a bounce that says:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

blabla@blabla.co.uk
Error Type: SMTP
Remote server (***.172.***.141) issued an error.
hMailServer sent: MAIL FROM:me@mybus.com
Remote server replied: 550 Authentication is required for relay

I know the email address is working ok outside of QF, it doesn’t use SSL, but it does use password authentication and this is what it seems to be failing.
I’ve re entered the password, etc. but its still giving me the same error.

Any idea whats wrong?
