Main Bank account not reconcilling

Hi, I have recently uploaded the transactions from our main bank account to the quickfile system and its now showing that I am missing an entry of 44.32. The last time I done uploaded the bank statement it reconcilled correctly.

Has there been an issue regarding the running total on the bank account screen. I have checked all thetransactions on the system against the statements for the last 12 month and all entries on the back appear on the ledger correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Through using the Reconciliation Tool, have you been able to identify where the problem starts at all?
