I know this has been an issue in the past and has been resolved for others as in this discussion Drop down menu disappearing on Linux + FireFox
I am using internet explorer and the exact same is happening, is it an easy fix?

It had been fixed for IE previously, it was just recently extended to cover Linux + FF. Can you please go to the link below and grab your user agent, then post it as a reply?

OK slight update made, try now! You may need to hit refresh a few times.
