Merge 2 purchases

Hi,

I have incorrectly created 2 purchases (one from the bank account and the other from the receipt uploaded).
So only one purchase happened = 1 receipt

Can i merge both or delete one?

The vat was submitted already. But these purchases have zero vat.

You can’t delete purchases that have been locked by a VAT return, but you can credit-note one of them. That will correct your P&L and the credit note will be pulled into your next return. In this case it won’t affect the amount of VAT you owe, you’ll just have slightly overstated box 7 on your previous return and will slightly understate it on the next one.
