We have 2 company trading names which operate under the same Ltd company and have been running 2 Quickfile accounts so that we could have different branding on the invoice headers.
We have recently managed to sign up for a power user account and make use of the multiple trading style/templates which can be used from one Quickfile account to accommodate our set up etc.
All is working fine the only issue I have is that from time to time we need to access the old account simplyfolders.quickfile to look up historic transactions and to do this we’re going to have to upgrade this account also to a power user when we won’t be using it going forward and have already paid for one power user subscription (estate.quickfile)
Is there a way around this ?
