Migrating from one account to another

Hi,

I am moving from self employed to LTD. My accountant recommended I create a new quickfile account, then import any data I need into the new, LTD one.

I think the only areas I need to import are:

1. Clients (but not history of invoices)
2. Reoccuring invoices on gocardless, along with their gocardless existing authentication codes (I do not want to have to reinitiate them all)
3. Suppliers (but not history of items)

Can you tell me how to do these?

We can copy all the suppliers and clients for you but we’re not able to copy the recurring invoices I’m afraid. Do you have many of them?

Hi, yes if you can copy the clients and suppliers that’ll be great.

I have 36 reoccuring invoices.

With the recurring invoices, at this time they will need to manually copied I’m afraid.
