just made top up for affinity acc now all quickfile accounts gone??
the account is Account: 1102401569
They may have been removed if the account had a negative balance with no active DD.
I’ll ask for those profiles to be reconnected and report back.

Don’t worry it just disconnects them. If you have an active direct debit that never happens. It’s just something that occurs when you pay-as-you-go and the account becomes negative for a period.
