Missing items in bank feed

I’ve been using Quickfile bank feed with HSBC for a while with no problems, but the feed was paused and I didn’t receive any notification that there was a problem or why. I had renewed it and it was up-to-date.
I’ve revoked and reset the feed, but I can only refresh 21 days of transactions and some of the missing ones go further back. How can I re-sync all my transactions please?

You have to upload a CSV file which you can download from your bank, well, most banks.

To the bank feed, If it paused again you may should delete/revoke the feed completely and setup a new one.
