Missing items not downloaded by bank feed

I have not had any transactions downloaded from my bank since 8 March.

I realized this week that I had not aid the renewal, so made the payment.

Since then the only transactions that have downloaded are paypal transactions.

How do I recover all the other transcations since 8 March?

If the subscription expires, any details associated with the account will have been deleted for security.

If you go on to repurchase the subscription, you can set it up again like you did the first time around. Depending on your bank, you may be presented with an option to pull in transactions from a custom date. How far back this goes and whether it will work for previous transactions does depend on the bank itself however.

What bank is the feed for?

Barclays - it goes back to 8/3.

I did not get any warning that the subscription was about to expire.

I assume entering another date here has no effect on the transactions being pulled in (e.g. entering 01/03/2018 doesn’t fetch these)?

Also my other 2 banks accounts - Margate Soul festival Limited and Mi-Biza Soul Week Limited have not updated since 8th February 2018.

When you manually refresh a feed, at the end of the process QuickFile will prompt you for a date to search for transactions:

Are the other two banks accounts using the same log in details and same bank, or are they different?

How do I manually a feed?

The otherv 2 accounts are the same bank and log in - all 3 are in the same Affinity log in.

From the bank statement view, go to More Options >> Manually Refresh Feed. This will take you through the process and prompt you to enter any security details if required (e.g. some banks require you to enter a one time passcode).

  • Reconcile
  • Upload statements
  • Settings
  • Feed settings

I thought that I had resolved this problem by setting up the feeds again from scratch and paying the subscription.

Since then, account *****582 has been working fine, but nothing has downloaded to accounts *****545 and *****943 since 17/4/18 when I set them up. The bank feed details show that both were last polled at 4.06am this morning.

Can you help?

I’ve removed the account numbers from your post.

The two accounts that don’t work - I’ve just done a manual refresh on these and it’s prompting for login details. There may have been an error with these at some point (e.g. the bank refused them either due to them being incorrect or Barclays may have been doing maintenance at that time).

If you perform the manual refresh and enter your details (if you enter the memorable word, then the feed can be run automatically), you should then be able to pull data in for the missed period.

For reference, this can be found by going to More Options >> Refresh bank feed
