Hi All
If I modify / edit a sales invoice via the mobile app it will muddle up the items and doesn’t keep them to the original layout on the sales invoice.
For example it will move the time event line into the item line.
It will also muddle up the figures like the item cost 119.67 quantity 1 vat 23.94 total 143.60
when you come out of the app you will get all the figures mixed up so the cost could be partially in the quantity or in item description. Basically anywhere it feels like it. The only way to rectify this is to use the main one on the laptop.
Any ideas what is going on

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing some issues with the mobile app.

Can I just check a few things, please?

  • What version of the app are you using? You’ll find this on the menu on the main screen
  • Are you using the iOS or Android version?
  • What version of iOS/Android are you using?

I am using Android and it is One UI version 3.1 Android version 11
