Modifying Address on invoice

Hi,
I change my address but I forgot to update the Quickfile.
So I login, create the new invoices, and when checking the preview before to send I realise that the address is wrong.
I go to settings and update it, but of course this does not update the address on the invoices.
How can I update it manually on the latest 3 invoices I had created?

If it’s just a few then the easiest is to “modify” each invoice and save it without making any changes.

I tried but it does not seems to update the address.

Did you hit “Save” rather than “Preview”? The latter only triggers a redirect if there are no actual changes made to the invoice.

I tested an address change and manual invoice save and it updated for me.

Tried again this morning and it does not change the address on mine.

I’ve just tested this too, and it works fine for me. Just to clarify, these are the steps I’ve taken:

  1. Go to Account Settings >> Company Settings
  2. Update my address
  3. Save new details
  4. Go to the invoices I wish to update, and click Modify Invoice
  5. Click Save Details (Not Preview)
  6. Invoice has been updated with the new address

Are you doing these steps? If not, can you try them please?

This client is targeting a custom trading style.

The address therefore is overridden within the custom trading style settings.

I updated the address for you in that specific trading style. If you need to modify other addresses you can access them in:

Account Settings >> Design Customisation >> Additional Trading Styles
