Once a monthly, my account is charged for a SAAS subscription. It always the same amount.
I noticed that last month’s transaction is missing. If I manually activate the syncing, nothing changes, since only transactions in the last 14 days are looked at.
How can I fix the automatic bank feed to not miss these transactions?

Hi @bidi ,
Did the most recent transaction get pulled through when you refreshed? Which bank is your feed with?

I’m using TransferWise. The most recent transactions did get imported, but not the missing transaction, which is older than 14 days.

Hi @bidi ,
You will need to manually input the missing transaction. The limit is set to 14 days to refresh

Thank you for the workaround. That’s helpful for now.
Of course, I would rather be able to rely on automatic imports not needing manual review and manual fixes.
How can I get QuickFile to not miss these transactions when doing automatic imports? It’s supposed to run every day.
How can I get QuickFile to look at more than 14 days when manually refreshing?

This shouldn’t happen but if it does please let us know and we can look into the reasoning behind it.
this isn’t our limit, this is the limit the banks have set
