Move clients from QF Partnership to QF Limited account

Hi There,

I am transferring from a partnership to limited company, so moving between quickfile accounts.

Having exported my clients and suppliers to a csv, when trying to import them, the headings dont match up.

For example;
First name and surname are separate, however in the exported file, its one column.

Any thoughts why they don’t match?

I will certainly ask our development team about the names - I agree it would be helpful to separate them out.

But in general - if you’re changing accounts, we can help with copying clients, contacts and suppliers for you if you wish?
