I started using MTD but it looks like there is no possibility to adjust vat returns. I import goods from Poland and use Polish transport company and I need to make adjustments.

You wouldn’t be able to cancel MTD as this becomes a requirement for many VAT registered businesses as of April.
However, you can still make adjustments with the VAT returns and document why the adjustment was made. The VAT return page for a MTD return is the same as the older method, with the exception of the way it’s sent to HMRC.
