Sole trader, long time Quickfile user for MTD VAT.
Signed up for MTD SA about a month ago and all seemed good but when I click on “workflow” now, it just takes me to a page asking me to subscribe as a Superuser and there doesn’t seem any way to get back to my workflow. I am well under the 1000 nominal account entries per year.

MTD ITSA is a Power User feature. this is regardless of account size as described on the pricing page.
Once you have registered with HMRC for MTD ITSA you can connect your HMRC MTD ITSA account in the Reports > HMRC Connections screen.

Thank you for the pricing page. I hadn’t seen it laid out like that. That’s clear now, was just confused because it never came up when I initially registered for MTD ITSA.
