MTD not working - states I have to wait 24 hours

Its about a week since I have tried to submit the VAT returns but it still states that I have to wait 24 hours. Can you advise on how to reset as I have done it before so not sure why it isnt working now

Hi, I have disconnected and tried to connect again, and when I click grant authority it says client not authorised :confused: …I think HMRC like to make things difficult sometimes lol. I am at a loss now

Do you have more than 1 HMRC account? Some users have a few, for example - 1 for VAT, 1 for Corporation Tax, 1 for self-assessment, and so on.

The account you have to link is the one with VAT access.

It’s almost always incorrect settings in quickfile when setting up the link, or trying to log in to the wrong hmrc account.

Hi, For this company only PAYE and VAT currently. Already done one Vat return so not sure what is going on
