MTD pilot connection not working

I have created about two months ago my ASA account, I have connected it with my agent service account and I have also managed to connect Quick File with my ASA account. I have signed on 06/03/19 one of my client for MTD pilot. But when I go to this client account within QF to reports - VAT - create new VAT return a communicate appear on the screan: " You are not yet authorised to view this report for the VRN (and here is my client VAT number) . Please ensure your VAT number is correct and you have connected the corresponding HMRC Tax Account. If you have recently enrolled on the MTD scheme please allow 24 hours for HMRC systems to update." The VAT period for this client ended on 30/03/2019". The vat number for this client is correct, I have checked it a few times, besides his previous tax returns have been send via QF so it has to be the right one. And also when I go to Reports - Hmrc I can see my ASA account set up there as a client’s agent. The informaiton under this account is: “This is an Agent Services Account (ASA) that was setup by your Accountant or Tax Advisor.” So all seems to be set up properly. Do you have any idea why system tells me that I am not authorised to see (and in consequence prepare and send) this client VAT return? I will be grateful for any help with it.

This would be the error message that we receive from HMRC directly. In this case, you would need to contact the VAT helpline and they can make sure everything is set up correctly on their end for you.
