I am a landlord with 4 properties. Will I be able to file accounts analysed to show P&L per property as I believe will be required under MTD?

Are the 4 properties registered with separate VAT or are they all linked under one VAT registration number?
If they are all under the one then you could separate the transactions for each using project tags. There is a guide on these here: Projects in QuickFile
