Is there a button I need to press on Quickfile to send my quarterly MTD to HMRC, or is this done automatically. My workflow shows 1st quarter is still due?

File your first Cumulative Update
When you are ready to file your first cumulative update you can review the following guide to help you get started.
Prepare and submit a cumulative update →
Reports > Self Assessment > New Update
This would then generate the update report for you to save as a draft
If you are happy with it you can then submit the draft
Im unable to find where to submit MTD report. If i go to self assessment it just takes me to link HMRC account, which i have done but this leads nowhere.

I just checked your account (the one linked to your email) and I can see you managed the submission.
If your query relates to a different account please for us a private message with the relevant account details so I can take a look for you.
I have found that QuickFile can be a bit slow to update and you need to hard refresh the page. Close the page down, wait a few minutes, then sometimes when you return later stuff works.
