The problem
Sometimes a client doesn’t see an emailed quote that I send out (or they just never get round to clicking on it). After some time I might give them a call or send an email etc to follow up on that missed action.
The solution (?)
Reminder templates for estimates so I can manually send the quote again with a ‘I notice you missed this last time’ message so it doesn’t look like I took ages to do the quote.
or (advanced option!)
Automatically send the above email out if the client hasn’t logged in after x days. (Could also apply that to invoice reminders too actually, standard reminder after 31 days but a nudge after 7 days if they haven’t logged in).
