I have just sent out an invoice to a customer by email and they have received 4 of the same invoice. Its also was delayed by about an hour.

Very likely. Our mail server is playing catch up at the moment (hence the delay).
It may be the case that if the connection was dropped during the time you pressed ‘Send’ and the server receiving the response, then it may have requested the email to be sent several times (depending on how your web browser handles this issue).
We’re monitoring everything at the moment, but I’ll leave this thread open for the time being.
