I have an invoice with various projects which I want to allocate to each different projects. How do I allocate to each project as it seems to log to one

You can tag an invoice with multiple projects in the following way

Under Reports > Projects the value of the invoice will be assigned to the relevant projects

At the moment it is only possible with manual adjustments. Projects in QuickFile. This link was shared from Steve before. Almost at the end of the post there is the part for the adjustments (Just in case you haven’t seen it )

I want to allocate to individual motor vehicles as I understood the only way was to create a project for each of them

Hello @Mary123

You can add a whole invoice to multiple projects but you can not allocate single item lines to individual projects which I what I think you are wanting to do.

Please add your vote to the feature request mentioned by @rhc.

In the mean time you can use manual adjustments as mentioned by the above post
