My Client has ceased trading how do I close the account which I will no longer require?

Just to confirm - do you mean that a client you’ve invoiced has ceased trading, and you need to clear their invoices?
No, much more drastic they have ceased trading and sold the premises. No longer in business.
The business I am doing the accounts for has ceased trading and I no longer need the account with quickfile.

Thanks for coming back to me.
You’re welcome to leave the QuickFile account open if you wish. If the account is currently paying for a subscription, then overtime it will drop down into the free tier and the subscription won’t be needed.
As long as there’s at least 1 login within a 2 year period, the account will remain open.
If you’d prefer to remove it and all it’s data, you can do so by logging in, going to Account Settings >> All Settings >> Clear data from my account.
