I am aware that this problem has already been aired.
Matt Gilmore asked why he wasnt able to key in N/Lcode to bring up the N/L name on a tagged entry from the bank.
I also have this problem.
When I looked at the settings the ICON for “always show code in N/L menu” has vanished !!
Is this the problem ?
I noticed that one comment said that his problem had been sorted.

I just had a look on your account and the setting is showing in the Account Settings > Advanced Settings screen (currently turned off).
